The Lucan Disability Action Group (LDAG) seeks to empower and enable people with disabilities to enhance their quality of life, to achieve independent living and, to participate in social and economic life. To lobby for change in policy and services to enable people with disabilities to fully participate in mainstream society and to live a life of their own choosing.

Our Aim

1To promote through practical empowerment, independent living for people with disability.

2To promote equality and rights of the people with disability.

3To educate and train Personal Assistants and people with disabilities, in order to promote positive attitudes and skills to create an efficient service.

4To promote a positive image of people with a disability as contributors to society and active members in community life.
